Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks are one of that cheesy, tasty and mouthwatering appetizer that no one can resist if served. Making fried mozzarella cheese stick at home is not difficult at all. We will make this recipe by slicing Mozzarella cheese in the slices similar to potato finger chips, Then the slices are dipped in the batter prepared with all-purpose flour, cornflour, oregano and chilly flakes and finally deep-fried.

Ingredients for Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks:
- 200 Grams Mozzarella Cheese (sliced like figure chips)
- 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Corn Flour
- Oil for deep frying
- Oregano
- Chily Flakes
- Salt as per taste
- Tomato Catchup for serving
Method of cooking Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks:
Cut the cheese in stick slices, neither very thin nor very thick.
Mix all-purpose flour, cornflour, chilly flakes, oregano, and salt in a bowl and make a thick batter by adding very little water to it.
Dip the sliced cheese stick into the batter, coat it will bread crumbs and keep it in the refrigerator for some time.
Deep fry it for few seconds, remove it from the frying pan and put it on a paper napkin to soak excess oil
Serve hot with ketchup or sauce of your choice.
Recipe Note:
- Keep the oil very hot.
- As the oil is very hot the cheese will melt fast so don’t fry the stick for more than 10-15 seconds
